With Regards to IT Services: Spoke to Mark Fletcher there, he advised we need to know exactly what we want, so they can accommodate our needs.
They will not be able to provide a laptop, though they would be able to provide projector, headphones and (speaker/audio player).

Helen and I went back and arranged a projector and cabling for the week of the exhibition, we also spoke to the "network" services at the University arranging the Boards to be moved on the allocated dates.
